About Anton Gerritsen

For my field of work, monitoring surface water quality, I identify the opportunities for innovation and bring together endusers, researchers and enablers for the development of new and inspiring sollutions. I connect enduser demand with supply from knowlegde institutes and businesses and initiate a proces of co-creation with a clear and well defined perspective. I am proficient in contacting stakeholders, designing and facilitating meetings and the development of demand driven research and development programmes. Through my passion for both content and process I can create the momentum and support for innovation. I'm at my beste when I can pioneer with a team of motivated professionals. With a clear mission, searching for untrodden paths and undeveloped terrain. Explore and harvest opportunities for new cooperation. I enjoy it most when, though my contribution, I see people working together on inspiring and concrete innovations. Characteristics: open, conceptual thinking, doer, modest, curious, no-nonsense.
