As a seasoned lead designer, I have extensive experience in UX design and design delivery management. I've also led various user research activities and planned and led onsite customer workshops with multiple stakeholders and customer verticals. I'm dedicated to leadership and have led design teams on multiple projects, providing design mentorship and education, development plan creation, and supervision. On my most recent role I'm responsible for creating and participating in design strategy and product vision. My focus is on driving design maturity and establishing effective design processes that help optimize design ceremonies and improve user research activities. I'm dedicated to creating a single database and storage processes for design artifacts and ensuring that design documentation is standardized and maintained.
