The back story is that I was an Electrician who was nearly killed at work. I suffered through PTS for 10 years, from that incident, as well as crappy leaders (1900s leaders). Then, I was on site at CS Energy when it blew up, and I witnessed great leadership under pressure - which was inspiring. That is my origin story, and why I do leadership training and coaching - to help leaders be great at leadership, as well as being good humans.
