About Anton Jayanth

I am an Enterprise Digital and Technology Leader with over 21 years of experience driving core systems, platforms, and operating model transformations across asset-heavy industries. My career spans leadership across Real Estate (Business Parks & Data Centers), EPC, Mining, and Industrial IoT, where I align technology investments directly to business resilience and growth. Acting as a bridge between complex technology and executive business strategy, I have led cross-functional teams and governed large portfolios to deliver measurable bottom-line impact and top-line digital revenue. Core Areas of Impact:Platform-Led Transformation: Spearheaded multi-city rollouts of intelligent building systems and smart energy platforms. Data Monetization & Innovation: Incubated SaaS-ready digital modules and piloted GenAI initiatives to create recurring revenue streams. Cyber Resilience & Governance: Instituted SOC 2-aligned controls, Zero Trust frameworks, and DPDP regulatory readiness for large-scale operations. IT/OT Convergence: Integrated heavy industrial operations with enterprise intelligence to drive ~10% improvement in asset utilization across vast equipment fleets. I thrive on building strong partner ecosystems (startups and global tech leaders) and developing high-performing teams to scale platforms without sacrificing operational stability.
