My path into recruitment wasn’t traditional—but it was intentional. I started in customer service, moved into leading, and eventually found my calling in talent acquisition, hiring for the positions I once did myself. Today as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Transcom my main focus is to take on the full-cycle recruitment and match the right person to the right opportunity in the company. I specialize in sourcing talent for high-volume requests in the Customer Service Representative department, always with a focus on quality, culture fit, and long-term growth—for both candidates and companies. When I'm not at work, I can be found reading a good book or watching a movie. Or overthink what kind of investments I should do next, those stocks are hard to understand after all!
