With over 7 years of experience in the wine industry, I am also certified in wine sales education by the WISE Academy, which enables me to provide exceptional service and value to clients in the hospitality and tourism sectors. My core competencies include customer success, social networking, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales. I am passionate about disrupting large scale transportation and mobility through the introduction of powerful and scalable technology, and I am proud to be part of a team that works with over 1200 operators and services over 100 locations. My mission is to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and growing customer base, and to contribute to CharterUP's vision of becoming the leading reservation service for charter bus transportation.
