About Anton Rasheed R. Lanario

Anton is a highly self-motivated person that has almost 2 decades of working experience in the BPO industry. He is creative, logical, value continuous improvement and is a proud member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). He started working as an IT Assistant for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) even while he was still studying in San Beda. Soon after, he worked as a technical support representative in Convergys Philippines and handled AT & T account. After 4 years in Convergys, he moved to TPG Telecom (Orchid Cybertech Services Inc) as a level 1 technical support staff. In TPG Telecom, this is where he worked his way up to become a Trainer, a Team lead for operations, a Recruitment supervisor, a Business Analyst and now as the Team Leader for the Business Analysis team of TPG Telecom leading a group of 6 highly intelligent Business Analysts. He recently got his Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is on a mission to apply his Lean Six Sigma and Business Analysis skills in whatever task he is assigned with. His hobbies include shooting video montages and playing the guitar. Music makes him tick, and photography keeps him sane.
