With a background in petroleum engineering, I began my journey in the energy sector as a field engineer trainee and progressed to a Regional Product & Service Delivery Manager role. These years in high-stakes, dynamic oil and gas operations taught me the importance of being reliable, delivering on promises, and maintaining trust in environments where the cost of mistakes is high. I discovered a deep passion for team leadership—building high-performing teams, empowering individuals to grow, and delivering results through shared vision and accountability. As a leader, I focus on creating structure and clarity around responsibilities while giving people early ownership of their work. This empowers team members to contribute ideas and complete tasks in ways that leverage their strengths—fostering both accountability and innovation. After several years in operational and managerial roles, I enhanced my knowledge by completing an MBA to better connect business strategy with team execution. Today, I apply that experience to talent acquisition. I lead a team of recruiters at an innovative energy technology company, where we attract top industry talent and connect them with opportunities to drive real change. Drawing on my operational background, I ensure our hiring strategy aligns with business needs—improving recruitment efficiency and creating value across the company.
