About Anton Sinovich

Prior to property development activities at the Sinovich Group, Anton’s background was routed in technology. While studying he was recruited by Price Waterhouse, Sandton, in 1998, as member of their first crack team that specialised in hacking. Anton soon went on to join the parent structure of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS) as part of a management fast-track initiative where he shadowed the head of GRMS as part of a PwC mentorship program. He went on to become a founder member of the PwC GOLD Team, lead by Doug Franke,and worked on a number of high level projects, that gained him exposure to business at a level that would typically be enjoyed by people many years his senior. As a member of the GOLD Team Anton consulted and added value to leading businesses where he excelled at strategic and tactical business planning in technology intensive business environments. He also lectured at South African business schools and was quoted in various local and international publications. In July 2001, Anton joined PwC’s Corporate Finance team and participated as a member of the Silicon Valley based Menlo Park Europe Team where his focus evolved to helping clients stay ahead of their competitors in dynamic, technology intensive environments while maximising their shareholder value through corporate finance transactions. In this time Anton also initiated PwC’s incubator fund in South Africa where PwC took equity positions in young technology companies with global potential. Attix5 was one such investment. Anton participated on the management team of Attix5 in the UK prior to joining the company full time in August 2004 as Chief Strategy Officer. Anton worked with Attix5 management and shareholders to lead successful a corporate turnaround plan in the first quarter of 2006 where he continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director today.
