Anton has always been led by his curiosity about how the world works and how small details matter greatly. His professional path led him to several countries in Europe and South America where he worked in different sectors. In all his roles he focuses on the topics of teams, collaborative work and the organisations as living systems. He combines diverse experience in organisational development and consulting with strong expertise in facilitating group processes in the search of sustainable solutions. Part of his mission is related to the introduction and popularisation of the practice of the international community Art of Hosting in Bulgaria.
