About Antonella Kavanagh

As a Delivery Lead, I bridge the gap between IT and Business, managing all planning, funding, reporting, and governance. I lead the Project Management Office, ensuring Governance processes are followed, and manage recruitment, resourcing, tooling, and reporting. Most recently, I've been focusing on People, Performance, Communications, and Culture, investing in people development and training, improving communication and culture, and ensuring we adhere to all Performance metrics. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as software testing and delivery. I've worked as an Engineering Manager, managing a team of 40+ resources, including onshore and offshore partners, and delivering software testing across the mortgage portfolio. I'm passionate about continuous improvement and efficiencies, and I've successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance our processes and outcomes. I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn.
