As a Senior UX Specialist, I lead research initiatives that translate complex user behaviors into actionable design strategies. My work spans: Quantitative and qualitative studies across global markets (Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East). Simplifying UX for widely used white-label B2C products as well as technical B2B products. Usability and Accessibility audits for different products, optimizing for conversion, customer satisfaction, and other relevant KPI. Design facilitation workshops that align cross-functional teams on the user's best interest Storytelling through UX presentations, which distill research into strategic insights for product and business teams. This initiative is more than a wellness perk—it’s a resilience engine embedded in our culture. Through weekly sessions, internal talks, and collaborations with networks like the Amadeus Women Network, I help colleagues Reduce cognitive overload and emotional fatigue. Mindfulness meditation can be used as a scalable tool for mental self-regulation, backed by neuroscience and lived experience.
