CFA Level 1 certified (preparing for Level 2) and AMF qualified, proficient in advanced tools such as Excel, VBA, PPT and Python. During my internship at CACEIS (PERES division), I managed structured finance solutions including Equity Bridge Financing, overdrafts, and letters of credit for Private Equity funds, enhancing my analytical rigor, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with front office and risk teams. In my internship at My Handler Agency, I supported the full M&A cycle: target sourcing, market and business analysis, financial modeling, company valuation, due diligence coordination with banks, legal advisors, and consultants, and transaction structuring. I delivered strategic reporting and analysis to support investment decisions and post-merger integration, directly advising the CEO in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment. This experience sharpened my project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills. My initial experience in international business development, strengthened my business development mindset and client relationship management, completing my strategic and operational skillset.
