About Antonio Barini

Growing up in a family tourism business laid the foundation for my journey, culminating in a bachelor's degree in Business and Management in 2019 and a master's in International Management from LUISS Guido Carli, earning top marks in just two years. My experience extends over two years with Great Place to Work Italia, where I thrived as a Customer Success Manager. Specializing in Emprising, a survey platform, I contributed to enhancing the organizational climate of client companies. Since June 2023, I have been a part of Glickon, a leading company in the HR Tech software market, as a Customer Success Specialist, assuming the role of the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring optimal utilization of the Glickon platform. I actively update and maintain the company CRM, measure account health, and proactively identify solutions. Additionally, I collaborate cross-functionally with various teams at Glickon to provide innovative solutions and build value for clients and the market. Since October 2024, I'm the Customer Success Manager of Glickon. My journey in these roles has instilled in me a sense of precision, organization, humility, ambition, and determination.
