About Antonio Brudaglio

My role is Head of technology center. I follow the dynamics relating to the technical, IT and digital development of the company, ensuring a global vision of the technological processes. I manage different teams in following technical areas- Web App & E-Commerce - BI & System integration - Salesforce & Zuora I support the pre-sales and tender management team. I worked as Delivery Manager, Program manager, Client Manager both in sap context and other contexts (Microsoft, Oracle, OpenText, Web App….) with the following responsibilities- Management delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries- Performing resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements- Primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns - Performing customer negotiations for delivery rates- Developing scope and budget for delivery projects- Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities- Data monitoring of forecasts, actuals and contract budget - Support for Sales Account. I worked in Business Intelligence and Erp Sap context since 2004. I have realized my experience through BI (Sap Bw, Sap Business Objects, Sap Data Services, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) and Hana implementation projects in international companies such as Pirelli, Prysmian, Saipem (ENI), Siemens, Enel and Italian companies such as Telecom, Terna, Anas, Cdp, Poste Italiane and Italferr. The roles that I covered are Business Analist, Senior Consultant, Team Leader, Team Manager, Project Manager and Delivery Manager. Project management in following contexts Erp Sap, Business Intelligence and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle Primavera P6, Opentext, Ivanti, Web App, E-commerce….
