About Antonio Cerviotti

After completing my Mechatronics degree at UniMoRe, and gaining experience in R&D at an oil hydraulic company, I started my career at E80 Group, implementing robotic solutions with cartesian and anthropomorphic robots for advanced logistics solutions. Subsequently, as a Business Analyst, I played a pivotal role in defining requirements and functional specifications for complex logistics systems, serving multinational customers across the globe, including the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, and Australia. Throughout this experience, I gained valuable insights into developing highly technological logistics systems that seamlessly integrate with new and existing industrial infrastructures. Continuing my professional growth, I transitioned into the role of Project Manager, where I successfully managed multifaceted and complex projects, overseeing all aspects of their execution. Through this experience, I refined my project management skills and became adept at handling multifaceted aspects of projects. Today, as the POs Manager at E80 Group, I lead a team of Product Owners and UX/UI designers who are dedicated to developing the SM.I.LE80 software product. In this role, I analyze and study the required functionalities, driving the product's development within a fully Agile environment to create a robust and user-friendly software solution, that guarantees customer companies the optimal management of all logistical operations. My innate drive for excellence, associated with my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allows me to deliver innovative solutions and excel in a dynamic work environment. Moreover, my adaptable nature permits me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
