About Antonio Dalleva

I am a management engineer with over 10 years of experience, presently, in my current construction company I am responsible for cost control / q.ty surveying of all the construction sites in Georgia. My skills include budgeting & forecasting, accruals, earned value management, cost variance analysis and construction estimating. In the projects I deal with, month by month, my main goal is to aim for cost reduction and elimination of waste. I prefer to work methodically, in my work I take an analytical view of what is happening, scheduling my priorities and breaking down a problem into its various parts and components, in order to recognize relationships between the various components, and eventually I take multiple perspectives. I am used to handling multiple projects at the same time, I firmly believe in continuous improvement, I have a natural inclination to adapt myself right away to new work situations (new colleagues, new procedures, new enterprise software.) and I work with passion, humility and dedication. My managers greatly appreciate my work, also because I do it in respect of my colleagues and building an excellent rapport with them based on mutual trust and open dialogue. My subordinates are happy in carrying out their activities, they respect me and appreciate the fact that I have the patience to teach them. We help each other, I know how to motivate them, I evaluate and eventually accept their proposals and suggestions that actually improve the work they do.
