Since 2008, Antonio D’Aurea, a graduate in Specialized Management Engineering with a score of 110/110, has been involved in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems specifically in OTC Area both on on-premises system and cloud solutions. Since 2013, he has been working for Techedge, which was renamed to Avvale in May 2023. Over the past years, he has held the position of Resource Manager and Service Manager. As a Resource Manager, he oversees the planning of approximately 32 individuals with primary expertise in the OTC module. He regularly monitors the progress of activities, manages any allocation issues, and holds responsibility for the professional development of the team. In his role as Service Manager, he oversees SAP clients across various industries, both on-premise and in the cloud. He holds the economic responsibility for projects, coordinates resource staffing, monitors and supports the activities of resources involved in service delivery, ensures compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs, and monitors the progress of requests, addressing issues and proposing improvements when possible. He organizes periodic Service Level Agreement (SLA) meetings with clients, sharing the status of service delivery, addressing highlighted issues, and ensuring their resolution. He serves as the focal point in case of blocking issues. In recent years, he plays a key role in managing relationships with third-party suppliers, sharing needs, evaluating resources, and discussing engagement rates. His approach is highly rigorous, focused on achieving objectives, and in line with best practices acquired over time, allowing for adaptation to different working environments. He possesses good proficiency in both written and spoken English, and demonstrates excellent flexibility and a propensity for teamwork.
