About Antonio E. Hernandez

Hello, my name is Antonio. Graduated from Benedictine University with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Spanish. And currently majoring in Computer Support at Waubonsee Community College. Ever since I was young I had a passion for creativity and designing. Drawing was one of my strengths that I developed throughout my life, which leads me to choose the career that I'm pursuing. Before entering college I was hesitant to choose computer science or graphic design, it took me a while to decide but I choose the right path. Did face many challenges with my academics never expected that this field was so broad and one must understand and use different resources to be successful such as the Adobe suite, photography skills, and basic marketing strategies. After graduating from Benedictine and decide to change my career path, I became interested in programming and web development after taking a class in web design. Ever since then I taught myself the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and currently JavaScript. My next step is to earn an associate's in Computer Science, it might be challenging but I believe I can achieve this next milestone.
