Antonio Frey PhD in Political Science | Expert in Public Security, Crime Prevention & Democratic Governance Chile | Experience across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East PhD iwith over 28 years of experience leading public policies in citizen security, violence prevention, and democratic governance. I have held key positions in the Chilean government, including Undersecretary for Crime Prevention, and currently serve as Regional Executive Director at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. My professional background combines public sector leadership, international consulting (IDB, UNDP, UNICEF), and postgraduate teaching. I specialize in interagency coordination, police and institutional reform, and the use of criminal information systems for evidence-based decision-making.
