Hello! I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Antonio Green Jr. and I am a junior here at Grand Valley State University majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM). When Im not binge watching self- improvement videos in hopes of instant success, I'm a 21-year-old Detroit native with a passion for guiding/leading the leaders of tomorrow in their respective professions. I have completed several internships as highlighted in my resume and experience section that have crafted my set of skills needed to effectively hold positions within the Human Resource Department. These experiences include, but not limited to are- Developed a continuous Organizational System through Excel that effectively monitored inventory costs associated with waste products, Diminished a series of Silo effects, and promoted healthy advances in terms of small-scale innovation for 5+ Automotive departments within Chrysler- Supervised an interconnected email network of 50+ customers that effectively monitored the storm surge status of properties in need of contractor’s renovation- Effectively Improved the hiring process at Grand Valley State University through the Hire Reach initiative aimed to minimize any disparate treatment in the hiring system- Proficiently used Microsoft Power BI to further manage diverse project portfolios and organize confidential data in the most coherent, interactive and efficient way. I have also had the honor to be the President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. here at Grand Valley State University which has garnered fast-paced progression in every aspect of leadership, advocacy, and organizational management. Through these experiences, I have grown to love helping others in their path to growth. Individual progression is great, but Team progression is even better. Thank you for reading!
