About Antonio Hernandez

As an IT Analyst at MCC Label, I am passionate about delivering customer success through technical support and service systems. I have over six years of experience in IT service desk roles, working with diverse and global clients across various industries. I have multiple certifications in customer service fundamentals, building rapport, and de-escalating intense situations, which enable me to provide effective and empathetic solutions to complex IT issues. I also have strong skills in customer service systems, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Jira, which I use to monitor, track, and improve the quality and efficiency of IT support services. In my current role, I work with a team of IT professionals to support the digital transformation and innovation of MCC Label, a leading provider of label and packaging solutions. I contribute to the company's mission of delivering value, quality, and sustainability to our customers, by ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded. I am always eager to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices, and to share my knowledge and insights with my colleagues and clients. I am looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative IT team, where I can leverage my customer success, technical support, and service systems skills, and further develop my domain expertise and competencies in the IT field.
