About Antonio Invito

As Co-Lead of the Strategic Innovation Services team at PNO Innovation, I support public and private organisations in shaping innovation strategies with impact. We deliver tailored market and technology intelligence, stakeholder analysis, and scouting services to guide innovation roadmaps, across both commercial advisory and EU-funded projects. My background combines hands-on analysis in the Logistics & Mobility, energy and environmental sectors (e.g. hydrogen and CCUS) with financial and economic support for large-scale initiatives like the CEF and Innovation Fund, covering business planning, financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis (CBA). Today, I co-lead the team’s strategic development helping evolve our service portfolio, unlock new market opportunities, and meet the changing needs of clients driving innovation in Europe. I believe in innovation that is not only visionary, but also informed, viable, and grounded in intelligence. That’s the value I aim to bring.
