With over 30 years of professional experience, my expertise lies in program management, relationship building, and human resources. As the current Program Manager at the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program, I am committed to facilitating seamless transitions for Soldiers into the workforce. My mission aligns with the values of the U.S. Army where I leverage my skills to foster partnerships and support our nation's Veterans. My approach emphasizes diverse perspectives, ensuring that our transitioning Soldiers find meaningful careers that match their unique skill sets. Since December 2020, I have led the PaYS Program, developing strategic partnerships with leading corporations to benefit Soldiers. This role has allowed me to apply my expertise in employee training and HR, enhancing the program's impact on Soldier's post-service careers. Through collaboration with corporate executives, civic leaders, and government agencies, our team has strengthened the bridge between military service and civilian employment opportunities, upholding the U.S. Army’s commitment to its members' future success.
