About Antonio Lee

Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life,” Confucius once said. My parents immigrated to my home country of Honduras from China and became a leader in the local business community by expanding into multiple businesses. From an early age they led by example and instilled in me the importance of hard work and dedication to their customers and their community. After school, I would help in the family business, eventually taking over the role of the General Manager to our various enterprises. I continued my education learning how to improve business processes and proceeded to apply it to different industries in Latin America. My time with Procter and Gamble (Marketing), Walmart (Distribution) and Disagro (Process) culminated with the start of my own consulting firm. The political unrest and uncertainty facing the area motivated me to immigrate to Vancouver in 2002. As with all new immigrants there were challenges I faced, as I adapted to a new culture and business environment. However, this gave me the time to delve deeper into developing my passion for planning. The Stock Market has always fascinated me and I invested for myself and close family members. Since I did not have a financial designation recognized in Canada, I focused on my other areas of expertise while I continued my studies in order to obtain the necessary certification. When the Edward Jones opportunity presented itself, I went full steam ahead into financial advisory and fulfilled my lifelong dream.
