I believe in offering the client options - even if the best option is NOT to sell their home. My philosophy comes from a background entwined with legal services, where I helped home owners streamline their liabilities and maximize assets. I also believe in sharing knowledge with other professionals to uplift our service standards. Is that something you hear from real estate agents everyday? Since 2010, I was born in this industry at the bottom of the market during the most challenging time in real estate history for this generation. The first kind of transaction I learned was the most difficult kind (short sale). Since Then, I personally helped over 150 sellers avoid foreclosure by doing successful short sales regardless of their financial disposition. From the simplest to the most difficult kind ( 6 liens + foreclosure), I relished every opportunity to learn more about our business, the vendors that serve it, and most importantly. the ever-changing needs of the client.By comparison, I delight at the more nuanced and less bank-centric standard sales where the focus is all about bringing the highest return for the client. As the market returns to health and the pendulum swings again, it's time to gear up for new opportunities, for myself and for clients I haven't met yet. My knowledge, my time, my energy are devoted to my passion for real estate.
