Startup founder of FLYGHT7 which is a company focused on optimizing the delivery of high performance instrument flight procedure design that enhances operational safety & increase airspace flexibility by leveraging data analytics. Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 16+ years of relevant experience in civil aviation in areas such as Aeronautical Information Management, Cartography, Procedure Design of Instrument Approach Procedures for aircrafts (PANS OPS) both Conventional and PBN procedures, Air Navigation and Airport Planning. Provided IFP training in Singapore, Costa Rica & Guyana. During the 16+ years of experience I have designed procedures for Belize, Honduras, Guatemala and provided design input for UK procedures. Also part of ICAO TCB project for Curacao Hato International Airport. Involved in negotiation and project management for the migration to a new AMHS and AIXM compatible AIM system successfully installed during 2016 which brought a centralized database based on AIXM 5.1+ including charting, procedure design software, eAIP, FPL, TAM, MET and associated services for COCESNA and Member States Have done consulting on many areas not only aviation related but GIS related such as transportation, Routing, Cartography and more. Member of IFAIMA and IFPDAVA, collaborating in the ICAO AIM WG-A as an advisor for IFAIMA.+19 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) going from GIS technician to spatial analysis and 3D, terrain obstacles, QA/QC and continuous improvements of operations.
