With over four years of experience in the health and hospitality sectors, I am a passionate and driven CV Health and Science Professional at Pfizer, where I promote and sell cardiovascular products to health care providers. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and I am certified in Serve Safe and Training by Culinary Arts and FAMU MMERI respectively. I am motivated by the mission of improving patients' lives and health outcomes, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong customer service orientation and a collaborative approach. In my current role, I develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, and engage with customers both face to face and virtually, using cutting edge technology and strong sales skills. I also use customer feedback and social media comments to identify and implement improvements in our engagement strategies and processes, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. Some of my achievements include increasing the user retention rate by 25%, boosting the ratings of the hotel I previously worked for by 68%, and creating and implementing COVID-19 procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines.
