With a career spanning over two decades in journalism and media, my professional journey is anchored in empowering communication and fostering digital literacy. At my company Red Carpet Production, I specialize in delivering transformative training in Public Speaking and Media Relations, leveraging my expertise to enhance individuals' Business Presentation Skills. As a Trainer at Red Carpet Production, my expertise in public speaking, digital media and presentation skills has been refined over extensive years in the field. My mission is to empower professionals through effective communication techniques and leadership development. As an Associate Professor PhD Habil, my mission extends to cultivating the next generation of communicators, where I contribute to the academic and practical understanding of new media and its impact on public discourse. My commitment to advancing digital communication is reflected in my role as a trainer, shaping the narrative of effective leadership through emotional intelligence and combating misinformation. I served as the Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences,(FJSC) University of Bucharest since February 2020 until February 2024. I was the Director of the Anthropology and Communication Department (2016-2020), and between 2012-2016 I was the Head of the E-learning program of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, University of Bucharest. I am a PhD Associate Professor teaching classes of Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Political Communication, Online Communication and Digital Transformations, Political Marketing, Social Science, Electoral Campaigns and Electoral Advertising. I have attended training sessions and internships at the Headquarters of Google in San Francisco; CNN and World of Coca Cola in Atlanta; Voice of America, National Public Radio (NPR) and National Geographic in Washington.
