I am currently looking for a great opportunity within a Inbound Call Centre, Customer Service.I have over 15 years of experience in various fields and positions relating from Merchandising, Administration, Customer Service, Call Centre and Banking. My key strengths include my ability to adapt to change with great ease. I am a coherent, self-motivated, creative and innovative worker with hands-on experience in administrative and communications positions. My primary strength is my keenness to learn. This keenness to learn is the reason I have always gone beyond the boundaries of any position I hold to grow myself and support the team I work with. I have a passion for excellent customer service and I am always looking for new ways in which to exceed customer expectations. I also have a passion for people and nothing pleases me more than seeing my team grow and succeed. I am a strong motivator and I have the ability to tap into peoples strengths and use it to benefit both the organisation and individual.
