About Antonio Ognibene

I’m a senior manager with a strong background in the renewable energy sector, specialized in utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) operations and maintenance (O&M), technical team leadership, and the strategic optimization of field performance.' I currently lead a national team of 20+ professionals across Italy, driving operational excellence and performance improvements in large-scale solar assets. Through process reengineering, digital tool adoption, and KPI implementation, I’ve successfully delivered a 26% cost saving and significantly increased the Performance Ratio (PR) of multiple plants. I combine a strategic mindset with hands-on field experience. I believe in building data-driven processes, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. I’ve also contributed to CRM optimization, redesigned workflows, and led tender processes to elevate operational standards and reduce inefficiencies.
