Extensive experience of 20+ years in Telecom domain. Worked for giant Wireless Telecom Operators & Supply (Siemens (now Nokia), Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), Ericsson, LG, Huwei, Vodafone Italia, TIM, Wind (now Wind3), H3G (now Wind3)). With my skills background and interpersonal skills, I do my best to deal with any user related issues, reducing interruptions and degradation of the radio service from 2G to 5G. I always put my skills for teamwork at your disposal. I like to work in a context that wants to grow and to face new challenges in today's world of telecommunications that is always alive and constantly evolving. In recent years the technology where I have specialized is that of Huawei (from 2G to 5G network) where I deal with Access Operational (Mantenance Operational, Technical Support, Troubleshooting and KPI Monitoring) for middle and southern Italy in Vodafone. I have a good knowledge of the most used tools in the radio and Operational fields such as for example Asset, Mapinfo, Swiss Qual, now MAE for Huawei.
