Growing up on the east side of Madison, WI, I developed a strong appreciation for community, adaptability, and hard work. My career journey began in the service industry, where I spent 14 years as a server and bartender. This experience shaped my ability to navigate face-paced environments, communicate effectively across diverse audiences, and anticipate customer needs—skills that continue to serve me in my current role. Today, I apply these strengths as an Operations Business Analyst at Promega, where I specialize in Process Improvement. Other areas of specialty: Freight cost analysis, forecasting, and sustainable packaging alternatives. My role involves optimizing global logistics strategies, driving process improvements through Kaizen/Lean methodology, and ensuring cost-effective, environmentally responsible shipping solutions. I also collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data-driven decision-making and support Promega’s broader sustainability goals. Passionate about Continuous Improvement, I strive to bridge analytical insight with practical solutions, fostering efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach—something I learned early in my career.
