I’m now looking for meaningful, collaborative and creative environments beyond the financial sector. I'm Antonio Scollo, 36 years old, with 13 years of enthusiastic experience in the financial industry — and 5 years of even more enthusiastic experience as a dad. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Sales, Credit Granting, Project Management, Product Management and End-to-End Process Management. Within the BNP Paribas Group, I’ve benefited from both internal mobility and a 3-year international experience as an expat in France. After several years working in traditional Waterfall project environments, I’ve embraced the Agile mindset, leading the End2End Process Tribe and collaborating with 16 countries worldwide to deploy a common Target Operating Model.
