As Quality Specialist, i’m in charge of the problem solving activities of the whole Remanufactured components and Engines that are available in FPT Industrial and Iveco Group spare parts portfolio. My accountabilities also include- Warranty KPIs monitoring: as Product Quality Specialist, i need to monitor WTY trends from both Manufacturing and Customer point of view, in order to understand if some product is subjected to deviation and in a pro-active way, configure, study and understand the feasibility of the implementation of new robust solutions that can solve the quality issues- Quality Issues configuration: work in a multifunctional team is very important and my key role inside the organization is to provide to the team a complete configuration for each quality issue, in order to understand possible failure modes and solutions. The configuration is done using the most common instruments belonging to the Six Sigma: 5 Whys, 5 W + 1 H, Ishikawa, One pager, 8D approach- New product launches: As for current production, is important for the Organization to set for the new product launches specific quality targets: all is based on a continuous improvement approach in which from previous Launches Lesson Learnt we can establish what are the Quality Gates to be respected to have an high quality product set in the market- Key Account management: Quality Key Account customers management has been very often requested by the organization: customers need a specific person which between the companies allow to establish dialogues and activities that permit to solve quality issues for specific products that Key accounts buy from Iveco Group. In most cases i was the entry point of the discussion and allow both customers and Iveco Group to establish this conversation and guide the problem solving to reach the goal set by customer requests
