I’ve a strong understanding of Data Center common challenges. I work on services tenders as bid manager coordinating business case preparation. I moved my understanding of Systems, Platforms, from traditional infrastructure to Private, Hybrid and Public Cloud. I’m in charge of Consulting Business Development in North of Italy for Private, Hybrid and Public Cloud. I provide consultancy to IT operations to become as an external service provider with a specific business role and to redefine the value of IT operations. I support customer Data Center Transformation, Modernization, Consolidation and Journey to Cloud. I've an extensive knowledge of IT sourcing strategy and I'm supporting IT organizations in their transition phases to outsourcing, insourcing and Cloud Journey.
