Background

About Antonio Stoppels

As an IT Support Analyst, I provide effective and efficient solutions for customers who may face various software, hardware, or application issues. I use Microsoft's defender portal to block malicious software or emails, and Zendesk to process data entry tasks such as user exits, adds, changes, extensions, and software deployments. I have a Diploma in Tourism & Travel level 5 and a Level 4 certificate in Tourism, Hotel & Airline Operations from New Zealand School of Tourism, which equipped me with valuable customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. I have applied these skills in different customer-facing roles, such as a Service Desk Engineer at where I supported tier 1 to tier 3 queries in an after-hours environment, and at Christchurch Airport, where I set up new FIDS units to display flight information. I am motivated by learning new technologies and delivering quality service to customers.
