By day, I am a first-principles Product Manager who believes in empowering teams and fostering individual growth as the core foundations for creating meaningful, high-performing products. By night, I am a passionate advocate for personal development and GenAI, continuously challenging myself to learn new things, integrate them into my life, and bring more value to the lives of those I connect with. I've made my career (9+ years) in innovation and products with different maturity contexts, technologies, methodologies and frameworks. One of the experiences where I learned the most has been as a PM of a Dual-Track Agile team (Discovery + Delivery) for a NLP assistant product and as a Leader for an AI-first product in the incubation phase, starting from scratch. My biggest learning by far is that performing continuous discovery efforts is key to excel with the product, not just in outcomes but also in work environment, retention, and people's motivation. My purpose is to help people upgrade their skills, resources, and consciousness to improve their own and others life quality.
