My career began at Whirlpool Corporation, where I worked across R&D, Sales, New Business Ventures, and Innovation, leading projects, teams and negotiations across multiple countries. In 2020, I made a bold career shift - leaving a global corporate path to follow my passion in the legal cannabis industry in Canada. Starting on the retail floor as a budtender, I immersed myself in the consumer experience before moving into leadership roles in sales, brand launches, and national strategy. Today, as Director of National Key Accounts at Rubicon Organics, I lead partnerships with Canada’s largest retailers, ensuring our premium organic cannabis brands connect with consumers nationwide. Alongside my corporate experience, I’m a certified cannabis sommelier, negotiator, and strategist who thrives at the intersection of product, people, and performance. I’m driven by the challenge of scaling ideas into real impact - whether through launching new products, shaping customer strategies, or building the teams that make it all happen.
