After living and working for more than seven years in China and Southeast Asia, I have developed a deep understanding of the business environment and cultural dynamics in these regions, where agility, flexibility, perseverance, patience, resilience, and precision are essential qualities. I am a people-centered, results-driven leader, passionate about building high-performance teams, fostering motivation, pragmatism, innovation, and collaboration.
