Digital & IT Finance, MKT & Sales and Procurement Partner Director In this role, as a first line of the Group CIO, has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with functional areas of Finance, MKT & Sales and Procurement Functions for the purpose of IT service management. His responsibility also includes strategic cross function projects such as data replatforming and CRM. He is also general Program Manager for all Salesforce implementations, being Salesforce one of the major platforms selected for the IT "reshaping the core" program. Main responsibilities are: • Implementing the strategic planning for development of IT applications, driving continuous quality improvement for own and related area • maintaining and monitoring own budget, collaborating to selecting and managing IT suppliers to grant effectiveness and cost efficiency • collecting, organizing and share the needs of the Business Units, analyzing critical improvements (both in terms of processes and tools), discussing and finalizing priorities for improvements and change requests • drafting, discussing, and agreeing with Business Units the functional requirements of IT tools to prepare blueprint/design documents. • ensuring IT delivery, in terms of quality and timeline, according to the IT general and project planning • providing the Business Units with periodical updates about the development of IT tools, ensuring full alignment on the expected functionalities, features, and performances • in cooperation with Corporate IT Infrastructure & Operations, ensuring application availability, performance, and business continuity • cooperate with ICT Service Support function for 2 nd and 3rd level support • ensuring the security and access requirements associated with the data on the system, in compliance with laws, regulations, standards, internal procedures and instructions • ensuring the security standards for all systems; • supporting the periodic audit on systems to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, internal procedures, and instructions
