About Antonio Watson

With Wounded Warrior Project's Benefits Team, I have been integral in several projects with the company, including the creation of the Intake workflow and intake pilot program. I’ve also worked alongside several senior officers and regional benefits management to identify data, system, and process related issues and recommended improvement strategies to further optimize the Benefits team’s tactical strategies in addition to my regular duties conducting case management. As a Regulatory Data Analyst with the Food and Drug Administration, I performed data collection, evaluation and coding of data, data modeling, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. I conducted project analysis to support the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center of Tobacco Product’s (CTP) objectives and contract requirements. Additionally, I conducted research based on contract objectives and supported the CTP in the production of training guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). I worked for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) National Security objectives as a Program Analyst. I assisted in management of several WHS special programs and provided solutions to senior executives and directors within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). While in the United States Navy I had several intelligence based roles. As an Intelligence Specialist Third Class for the Department of the Navy, I acted an assistant production lead for an intelligence research cell in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My team of enlisted and commissioned personnel, ranging from E5 to O2, researched and produced prosecution reports. As an Intelligence Specialist Second Class, I worked in an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) open-source (OSINT) intelligence cell. Here, I led a team of junior enlisted personnel, responsible for the research, production, and dissemination of open-source intelligence products for ONI and the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC). Other duties included policy reviews, training, and process improvement. I have an Individualized study bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.
