About Antonius Adi

Enthusiast at creating story with data, my work usually are related to conduct market research to identify customer preferences and business growth opportunities. I design and execute research projects for corporate and institutional clients, assist them in optimizing customer experience based on satisfaction and behavioral analysis, and create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings effectively. In addition to my role as a Researcher and Analyst, I am also a Lecturer at Podomoro University, where I teach Research Methodology for Hospitality, F&B Management, and Introduction To Hospitality Accounting. I develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance student learning, utilize innovative teaching methods to create an interactive classroom environment, and receive positive feedback from students for fostering a conducive learning atmosphere. Furthermore, I serve as the Coordinator for Research and Publication for Hotel Business Programme at Universitas Agung Podomoro, where I provide research methodology and publication consultation to faculty members, coach and facilitate them in developing impactful research projects and publications, and collaborate with them to enhance their research skills and increase publication output.
