Years of experiences in both Manufacturing based and Service Oriented Industries - IT and HR Strategic Plan and Execution - ERP Implementation to elevate Business Growth - Diverse and Well-rounded skill set in IT, HR, Sustainability, Finance, ERM, Supply Chain - Organizational transformation and navigating dynamic situations with the support of Digitalization - Portfolio of a diverse range of projects in managing and delivering business process improvement, breakthrough and digital projects - Currently I'm running the Group Digital/IT which enable the Company to transform the Business from project to portfolio based that redefine efficiency, elevate performance and new growth potential across Corporate and Business Unit. Being accountable for providing digital solution, scaling up the strategic IT Positioning, and ensuring Digital Roadmap is implemented and aligned with Company's Business Plan are my journey to ensure The Company has the capabilities to grow. In my previous employment as HR Digital Transformation and Sustainability across the Group for all Countries (Corp, Divs and more than 400 Units) had also brought me to be a Steering Committee in ensuring HR has the capabilities to partner with Business Units in achieving the vision. Managing multi project, multi stakeholders, senior stakeholders expectation, centralized HR System, optimizing and integrating HR process, people-change management, data analytical, and digital strategy were puzzle pieces that i had to put together to ensure HR achieve its Goals. I had also established Japfa Sustainability Reporting System (JSRS) that allows The Company to release its first Sustainability Linked Bond (SLB). Couple years back, as a Head of Corporate Sustainability Data, i was responsible for managing the data from all Groups (Corp, SBG, Divisions and more than 200 units), giving recommendation to the management for further improvement, and ensuring the data disclosure to CDP, FTSE and TCFD. I was also responsible for establishing Indofood Sustainability System (SEDS) and managing Sustainability Implementation in Indofood. Becoming a Finance and Supply Chain Business Process Leader had also brought me into a PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) Leader in my past experience, my job was to ensure system deliverables in the area of Finance, Procure to Pay (supply chain) and all of HR process to support decision making for Directorate program improvement. These journey help me to better understand the challenges in the organization and ensure that my organization won't become Others problem
