About Antonnio Benton

I’m a strategy-minded urban planner and project leader with 10 years of experience working at the intersection of climate resilience, infrastructure planning, and public sector transformation. I’ve led multimillion-dollar portfolios, advised city and state officials, and helped design systems that advance sustainability, equity, and community wellbeing. My work has spanned city government, nonprofit coalitions, and national-scale initiatives — including co-authoring TPL’s Common Ground Framework. Across roles, I bring a consultant’s mindset: clear framing, systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and results-oriented strategy. I’m now focused on applying this lens to help mission-driven organizations and governments solve complex challenges through consulting and advisory roles.
