About Antons Sisojevs

I work with the teams to make them feel confident in what they are doing. And at the same time one of the goal for me is to make stakeholders confident about their operational and IT development teams and about the products they are investing in. Mostly I'm working with the product teams. I challenge and push every team first to stabilise the product, then to make the success measurable and then to make it operational. I will encourage all teams to achieve better results with new technologies, with new ideas, with new approaches. My main goal is growth. The growth together with the team, together with the company. The profit of the company is achievement for me - that always opens new opportunities and new horizons for the improvements. Get the idea, get the team, who share that idea, then together convert that idea to the product. And then analyse how close your are to the success. I like to solve the challenges - both technical and involving human factor. I'm eager for really good, challenging and interesting goals (that's my small weakness). Also I like technical aspects of the development (.Net, C#, PHP, databases, cloud solutions), 15 year experience of the software development made me fond of development and new technologies.
