Manages end to end Non-standard service request (NSSR) process from receipt of a service request through proposal, approval, and delivery. Delivery of end-to-end process from initiation to project closure. Facilitate and/or participate in requirements and design sessions to identify, document, and manage business and technical requirements. Gather scope and business requirements of request to engage appropriate resources/teams. Completion of proposal with the applicable solution, pricing, project duration and other sections on the proposal document as applicable. Setting up review discussions with Delivery team, Solution architects, Contract Management and DXC leadership to get necessary approvals. Monitoring on the project status to ensure there is no SLA/SLO misses on the delivery of the projects. Maintaining communications with HPE and Client leads on status of project. Host daily/weekly meetings to discuss Project updates/issues and Process updates. Working closely with the project managers to ensure on time completion of the project. Monitoring the project status and take applicable action which includes raising Project Change request, closures as and when applicable Coordinate with internal technical delivery teams and assigned vendor teams to ensure successful project implementation. Acquiring project closure letter and initiating the invoice process. Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports for client and DXC leadership. Sharing weekly, monthly dashboards to DXC teams on the overall unit performance with respect to the KPI metrics
