Experienced Solution Architect - Certified in the Business Support Service (BSS) Senior Service Engineer in Domain: Revenue Management, Charging domain and currently working in Ericsson Indonesia. The roles in these various projects range from Solution Life Cycle Manager, Solution Architect, Senior Service Engineer, System Integrator, Technical Consultant, Course Instructor, Team Leader in System Integration and Support/O&M Consultant towards customer’s O&M group. The assignments involve range in consultation, pre-sales support, integration & verification, installation & commissioning, Support of the Intelligent Networks elements together with Core Network elements towards customer’s specific network environment. Often in most of these assignments involve integration with customer specific’s billing network, reporting, marketing and provisioning requirement. In addition, also works closely with the Product Development Unit for Software requirement handling, customization verification, integration & verification phase, system replacement and also First Node Implementation activities.
