I have a master's degree in human resource management and over 8 years of experience in various HR areas. My mission is to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the market and to create a positive and engaging work culture for our employees and clients. I have successfully hired and onboarded hundreds of candidates for tech and non-tech positions, designed and implemented competitive and fair pay and reward systems, facilitated and coordinated various training and development programs, and supported the HR strategy and operations for multiple projects.
