Insurance Knowledge - With 4 years experience in general insurance I have experience dealing with a variety of products within the industry. Having been qualified as a relief manager I also have high level experience with products from a team management position. Competent Under Stress - As a relief manager I have been called on to manage teams during catastrophe events such as cyclones, hail storms, and floods. These events require extreme work loads to be managed and are often the most stressful times for claim specialists. I have been involved with 4 major events of this kind which have proven my ability to work in such situations.
